Schedulare uno script Powershell EMS 2010 usando lo schedulatore di Windows

Step per schedulare uno script che utilizza la Exchange Management Shell (EMS) 2010.

  1. Dallo schedulatore, “Create Basic Task…“
  2. Schedulare lo script nella sezione “Trigger“
  3. Nella sezione “Action“, selezionare “Start a program”
    • In Program/script: C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe
    • In Add arguments (optional): -WindowsStyle Hidden -command “. ‘C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\bin\RemoteExchange.ps1’; Connect-ExchangeServer -auto; c:\script\myscript.ps1”
       WindowsStyle Hidden: per non far apparire finestre a monitor
       c:\script\myscript.ps1: script da far girare

Migrazione delle Public Folder da Exchange 2003 ad Exchange 2010.

Problema: quando si tenta di aprire le PF dalla EMC viene riportato l’errore “No existing Publicfolder matches the identity ””.

Soluzione: disabilitare la mailbox dell’utente con cui si è collegati alla Management Console e ricollegarsi.

Exchange 2010: errore 1062 durante aggiornamento a SP3

Nel caso durante l’update alla SP3 di Exchange 2010 comparisse il messaggio di errore

“Start-SetupProcess -Name “iisreset” -Args “/noforce /timeout:120″” was run: “Process execution failed with exit code 1062.”

rimuovere la feature Non-http Activation del framwork 3.5 ed installare la seguente hotfix: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb%3bEN-US%3b975443

Exchange 2003: tutto ok, ActiveSync compreso…

Migro al 2010: cristi e madonne…. nel registro di Exchange mi compare l’errore dell’oggetto del post… ma prima non funzionava tutto??? vabbhè… Google is my best friend! alla fine la risolve semplice:

1. Cercare l’utente in AD
2. Proprierties
3. Security
4 Advance
5 Checcare “Include inheritable permissions from this object’s parent”
6. Apply – ok – ok

Exchange 2010 e Owa su http

configurando l’OWA in http su un Exchange 2010 SP2 e le relative impostazioni su IIS, dopo aver effettuato l’accesso può presentarsi tramite pop-up il seguente messaggio quando si clicca “su qualsiasi cosa”:

Your request couldn’t be completed. This may have occurred for security reasons or because your session timed out

Mentre se si accede in https tutto funziona regolarmente.

 Per risolvere:

“The solution is editing the web.config file and change the requireSSL=”true” to “false” , see the steps below :

  1. Find the Outlook Web App Web.config file on the Client Access server. The default location is <drive>Program FilesMicrosoftExchange Server<version>ClientAccessOwa.
  2. Make a backup copy of the file.
  3. Open the original file using an editor such as Notepad. Don’t use IIS Manager to edit the Web.config file.
  4. Find httpCookies httpOnlyCookies=”false” requireSSL=”true” domain=”” and change the requireSSL flag to false.
  5. Save and close the file.
  6. For the new settings to take effect, open a Command Prompt window, and then type iisreset /noforce to restart IIS.”
